Using - ImagoMPG-Muxer

An excellent little freeware which can Multiplex your Video stream with Audio Streams of MPEG or AC3 format, unlike bbMPEG, it can create either an MPEG output or a VOB file which saves time on authoring it later on.

Step 1(a/b) - Click on "Select Video Source" and select your Video Only stream, this can be an MPV/M2V or MV2 file types.

Step 2(a/b) - Now click on "Add Audio Source" to multiplex with the video, you can choose from either AC3/MPA/MP2 or even MP3! You can also add several Audio Sources to your video to create a 5.1 movie or a Multi-Language Movie. If you wish to cancel one of the Audio Sources (or the one that came with your Video) select the Audio and click on "Remove Audio Source" and finaly, click on the "Select Output Path" to where you want the new file to be created, then select the "Output Format" which can be an MPEG2 file or even a VOB file format and click on "Multiplex" to begin processing.
